How long is the tour? 3.5 to 4 hours
How much food do we eat? Picture a quarter to a third of a robust sandwich at each stop. Your goal is that no one leaves hungry but no one is too stuffed to enjoy every stop.
What dietary needs can you accommodate? Vegetarian or Pescatarian? No problem. Just let us know when you register. Vegan, not quite as easy but let us know when you sign up and we will reply with what your options will look like on that day.
Do I get to meet Kenji? Kenji’s schedule does not have room for personally hosting these tour dates. Kenji does plan to do an occasional drop by. Those, however, will be rare and special events.
